Alex is a member of the Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Group, where she represents clients across the financial services industry in a wide range of complex disputes. Her practice includes financial services litigation, securities matters, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation, with a particular focus on matters involving mortgage servicing, lending practices, and foreclosure-related claims.

She regularly defends banks, mortgage servicers, private lenders, and fintech companies in litigation involving wire fraud, spoofed communications, cybersecurity incidents, and securities issues.

Fluent in Spanish, Alex was born and raised in McAllen, Texas, and brings both cultural fluency and legal precision to every client engagement.

Representing corporate clients in federal court litigation involving complex wire fraud schemes, including cases arising from spoofed email communications, impersonation of executives, and fraudulent transfers of escrow and investment funds. These matters often involve coordination with forensic experts, financial institutions, and cybersecurity consultants to trace funds and identify the perpetrators.
