Ms. Dahlgard concentrates her practice on complex trademark and branding matters. She is experienced in trademark clearance searching and preparing arguments against refusals of trademarks filed in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Dahlgard also helps clients prosecute, enforce, and maintain trademarks domestically and internationally.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dahlgard was a mechanical engineer. This experience makes her highly knowledgeable in a variety of technology fields including manufacturing, mechanisms, and product design.
