(Memphis, TN/April 25, 2011) Adam S. Baldridge of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been reappointed by the American Bar Association (ABA) to serve a second two-year term on the editorial board of Landslide magazine, the flagship publication of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the ABA.
An attorney in the Firm's Memphis office, Mr. Baldridge is a member of the Intellectual Property Group and helps clients obtain and maintain their competitive advantages in the marketplace by advising clients on how best to secure and protect their intellectual property rights and by prosecuting infringers and defending accused clients in litigation. He has extensive experience in patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, trade dress, unfair competition, and right-of-publicity matters and represents clients on a regular basis before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Baldridge is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Intellectual Property Law has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in intellectual property litigation by Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine. A 2004 graduate of Columbia University School of Law, he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association.
