(Jackson, MS / November 12, 2014) Alfrado D. Donelson has joined Baker Donelson's Jackson, Mississippi, office.
Mr. Donelson joins as of counsel and a member of Baker Donelson's Financial Institutions Group. He has more than 30 years of banking and finance experience focusing on various types of asset-based loans, financing equipment, and restructuring loans, leases and other financing vehicles. He has held general counsel positions at several GE Capital businesses, most recently as vice president and general counsel of Global Electronic Services, Inc., a GE Capital finance solutions business.
