(Birmingham, AL / May 3, 2016) Andy Rotenstreich has been named managing shareholder for the Alabama offices of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Mr. Rotenstreich assumes the role held by D. Keith Andress.

A member of Baker Donelson's Real Estate and Finance Practice Group, Mr. Rotenstreich will maintain his wide-ranging wireless telecommunications practice while he serves as office managing shareholder. He represents major wireless carriers throughout the Southeast, as well as tower companies and other telecommunications industry clients. Mr. Rotenstreich is also experienced in regulatory matters, site acquisition and development and related real estate matters, as well as land use and zoning matters, having appeared before municipal entities and in state and federal courts.
Mr. Rotenstreich, a frequent speaker and author on telecommunications matters, is the founder and president of the Alabama Wireless Association, a trade group for the wireless telecommunications industry. He has been listed in Alabama Super Lawyers in the area of communications since 2014 and was also named one of "Birmingham's Top Attorneys" by Birmingham Magazine in 2014. Mr. Rotenstreich previously served as the president of the Board of Directors of The Bell Center for Early Childhood Development. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Rabbi Milton Grafman Endowment Fund at Temple Emanu-El in Birmingham and of the Birmingham Jewish Federation.
