Keller has assumed the role of chair of the Firm's Labor & Employment Department. Ms. Keller previously served as vice chair of the department, a position now held by David Gevertz of the Firm's Atlanta office.
As chair of the Labor & Employment Department, Ms. Keller oversees approximately 100 attorneys across all the Firm's offices in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Washington, D.C. Ms. Keller, who concentrates her practice in the area of employment litigation, practices in both state and federal court in Tennessee and North Carolina. She also regularly appears before various administrative agencies, including the DOL, EEOC, THRC and NLRB. A graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law, she has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® (Copyright 2008 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken S.C.) in the area of workers' compensation law and was named a Rising Star by Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine in 2008.
Mr. Gevertz has more than 13 years of experience representing large public and privately-held companies throughout the country in complex employment litigation.
