Ms. Grindon, chair of Baker Donelson's Securities Practice Group, was named by Law360 as a Rising Star and one of 10 corporate finance attorneys under 40 in the United States to watch. Ms. Grindon concentrates her practice in securities, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and international business transactions.
