Mr. Klemm, who is co-chair of Baker Donelson's Oil & Gas Industry Service Team, counsels and defends companies in energy, marine, oil and gas litigation. His clients include oil and pollution clean-up companies, natural gas producers, oil field services companies, regional and national transporters of natural gas and insurance companies. Mr. Klemm is a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States and served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Energy Law360, a national newswire for business lawyers. He has been named to the "Top Lawyers" list by New Orleans magazine and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® as a leading attorney in Maritime Law and Product Liability Litigation and by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and Louisiana Super Lawyers in the area of Energy & Natural Resources. Mr. Klemm also serves as an executive board member for the Boy Scouts of America's Southeast Louisiana Council and as the District Chairman for Scouting in Orleans and St. Bernard Parishes.
