Hal K. Litchford has been recognized in Florida Super Lawyers in the practice area of business litigation. Mr. Litchford is a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Business Litigation Group, where he devotes his practice to the litigation, trial and appeal of significant business-related disputes.
The publication also recognized Zachary J. Bancroft as a "Rising Star" in the area of bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights. Mr. Bancroft, a shareholder in the Firm's Financial Institutions Group, focuses his practice on commercial foreclosures, commercial loan workouts and bankruptcy litigation.
