(Birmingham, AL / September 17, 2013) Baker Donelson announces the addition of Jennifer L. Howard to the Firm's Birmingham office.
Ms. Howard joins as of counsel and is a member of Baker Donelson's Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions group where she concentrates her practice in the area of secured finance. She represents banks, captive finance companies, and other financial institutions in connection with project finance, equipment leasing and equipment finance transactions. Ms. Howard's project finance experience includes advising clients in connection with the financing of renewable energy facilities, and her background in litigation allows her to help clients address issues on the front end of transactions to protect their interests.
A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Ms. Howard is a member of the Birmingham and Alabama Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Alabama Environmental Council, where she has also served as Corporate Secretary and as a member of the Recycling Committee.
