Is Tennessee's workers' compensation reform a case of "out of the frying pan, and into the fire," or is the new system a real improvement? Join us as we summarize the primary aspects of the reform legislation and the new process that will govern workers’ compensation injuries occurring on or after July 1, 2014. We will also highlight affirmative steps that employers should take now in anticipation of the new system, and give you practical advice to seize on the opportunities this reform creates.
