The nationwide trend toward market-based sourcing of services gross receipts has already impacted – or is soon to impact – your bottom line. Every industry is affected, whether it’s health care, financial services, information and technology, professional services, manufacturing or retail. And since states are not implementing market-based sourcing in a uniform manner, taxpayers run the risk of having more than 100% of their income exposed to multistate corporate income tax. Please join Scott Smith for a discussion on market-based sourcing trends and other sales factor and alternative apportionment developments.
