This presentation will provide an overview of recent changes to the Tennessee workers’ compensation law and a discussion of the practical effects of the changes on claims going forward, including the closure of future medical benefits, future communications with authorized treating physicians, and changes to what injuries are compensable under the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation statutes.
