Aubrey Gulledge, an associate in the Firm's Memphis office, is a member of the Health Care Litigation Group. She assists clients in a variety of matters, including health care liability, payor disputes, premises liability, tort claims, and insurance defense.
Aubrey is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi, and she has handled matters in various other jurisdictions throughout the Southeast. Aubrey has extensive experience in representing hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care facilities, and other providers in health care liability actions. She also assists long-term care clients with federal and state survey appeals. Aubrey is part of the Firm's Managed Care Litigation team, providing counsel to health care providers facing payor disputes.
While at Belmont University College of Law, Aubrey earned a health law certificate and was the founding editor of the Belmont Practitioner's Guide to Health Law and Policy. Prior thereto, Aubrey earned a master's degree in Health Policy from the George Washington University School of Public Health and worked at a boutique consulting firm where she counseled clients regarding federal health care policy and reimbursement issues.
