Anthony C. Cianciotti, an experienced commercial finance and transactional attorney, has joined Baker Donelson as a member of the Firm's Financial Services Transactions Group.
Mr. Cianciotti, who joins as a shareholder in the Firm's Atlanta office, represents financial institutions and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and closing complex loan transactions. His experience includes asset-based and cash flow working capital facilities, equipment and acquisition financing, and venture debt and growth capital financing. He brings to the Firm proficiency in a number of substantive areas, including lending against "in transit" inventory, government contracts, and trademarked goods, among others.
Mr. Cianciotti joins Baker Donelson from the nationally-recognized debt finance practice of an international law firm and, before then, was in-house counsel at a national asset-based lender providing secured lending solutions to mid-market businesses.
A frequent writer and speaker on topics relevant to the secured lending community, Mr. Cianciotti served as an adjunct professor at Emory University Law School, teaching at the Center for Transactional Law and Practice. He also is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in Banking and Finance Law.
