Baker Donelson, a national law firm with more than 650 attorneys and public policy advisors, today announced that corporate attorney Matthew Huddle has joined the Firm's Baltimore office as a shareholder.
Working with entities across the corporate growth cycle from early-stage private companies to established, publicly traded entities, Mr. Huddle focuses his practice on representing international and middle market companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a concentration on representing companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, and strategic joint ventures.
Bringing a wide breadth of industry experience, Mr. Huddle has particular emphasis on representing private, public, foreign, and domestic clients in a variety of industries, including technology, health care, life sciences, financial services, investment management, and chemical and products manufacturing from both the company/seller and investor/buyer perspectives.

Mr. Huddle, who most recently was partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.A. from Colgate University.
