Baker Donelson attorney Craig C. Conley has become a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator for the state of Tennessee.
As a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator, Mr. Conley is able to serve as a neutral party who assists in the resolution of disputes through a voluntary settlement process that is less costly, time-consuming, and adversarial than litigation.
A shareholder in Baker Donelson's Memphis office, Mr. Conley is a member of the Firm's Health Care Litigation Group. He has significant experience in litigation in a variety of areas, with an emphasis in health care litigation involving hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers. He is also experienced in health care regulatory matters, including issues involving federal and state regulations and licensing, survey, and certification.
Mr. Conley has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® and was named the Best Lawyers' 2021 Memphis Health Care Litigation "Lawyer of the Year."
