Ms. Moylan, a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Baltimore office, is a seasoned health care and business attorney with a track record of representing major medical systems, health care providers, life science companies, and other businesses. Her experience spans clinical research and development, contracting, privacy compliance, professional liability, and enterprise risk management. She advises businesses on governance and risk management policies specific to AI and provides corporate education on AI.
As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Ms. Moylan counsels clients on compliance with data privacy and protection laws governing the collection, use, and processing of personal data, sensitive personal information, and protected health information. She has extensive experience guiding clients through the intricacies of clinical trials in the European Economic Area, ensuring compliance with the EU Clinical Trial Regulation (CTR), GDPR, and other regulations.

Ms. Peaden, a technology and privacy attorney who is of counsel in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office, partners with clients in developing data strategies that balance privacy compliance, business priorities, and procurement strategies to integrate AI tools and platforms that augment business processes. She regularly provides thought leadership on LinkedIn concerning emerging issues, such as U.S. and EU data privacy compliance, the EU AI Act, digital marketing, and complex technology transactions. Ms. Peaden is a Privacy Law Specialist (PLS), as designated by the IAPP, where she is triple certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional: United States (CIPP/US), Europe (CIPP/E), and Privacy Management (CIPM).
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Peaden worked as an in-house legal counsel for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and regularly partnered with BCG case teams on technology transactions and privacy issues relating to board-level strategic advice. She was Senior Corporate Counsel to a human resources/benefits tech company and facilitated its acquisition by Alight Solutions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Peaden advised IT consulting and software development companies in both in-house and private practice on contract negotiations, employment compliance, and global mobility strategies.
