Zachary B. Busey of Baker Donelson has earned certification as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
The CIPM is the world's first and only certification in privacy program management. In earning this credential, Zachary has demonstrated his proficiency using process and technology to manage a privacy program across all stages of its lifecycle. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), holding the CIPP/US concentration from the IAPP, which focuses on the U.S. private sector.
Zachary is an associate in Baker Donelson's Memphis office where he practices employment and general litigation. When he is not litigating on behalf of his clients, Zachary partners with employers to develop and implement policies and training programs aimed at reducing their exposure to litigation and liability. Zachary is also a member of the Firm's Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity Team, where he counsels clients on all facets of electronic information management and defends them following data breaches and security incidents.
