Brock counsels clients on lending and business planning, corporate and non-profit formations and restructuring, estate planning, and energy tax credits. He also advises businesses on tax compliance issues and tax-efficient strategies, helping clients align legal structures and transactions with their broader business objectives.

Prior to attending law school, Brock served for six years on active duty in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Captain. In that role, he supervised and trained soldiers preparing for missions and deployments, managed supply chain and logistics operations, and served in Battalion staff roles focused on unit readiness and operational planning.

  • Represented an insurance company as lender's counsel in the closing of a $19.25 million mortgage loan for the acquisition of an assisted living facility in Modesto, California.

  • Represented a national commercial mortgage lender in connection with a $61.75 million mortgage loan refinancing of a portfolio of five skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania, including a change of operator and the restructuring of an existing financing arrangement.

  • Represented a national specialty finance company in connection with an $18 million mortgage loan for the acquisition of two skilled nursing facilities in Florida and a $2 million revolving line of credit to support the facilities' operations.
