Caroline Dean is an associate involved in a wide range of civil litigation and intellectual property matters, with experience spanning commercial and contract disputes, trademark registration, tort and nuisance defense, and insurance-related business disputes. Her work includes defending manufacturing and aerospace-adjacent clients in payment and performance controversies, assisting national telecommunications and transportation clients with customer and vehicle-recovery disputes, and helping public-company clients respond to municipal nuisance claims and premises-related allegations.
During law school, Caroline worked as a summer associate for Baker Donelson and clerked for Chief Judge L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Before embarking on her legal career, Caroline served as a Fulbright Scholar in Ourense, Galicia, Spain. She worked as an English teaching assistant, preparing lesson plans and teaching English to elementary school students, while also serving as a cultural ambassador for the U.S. Department of State in the Ourense community.
