  • Represented client in connection with the development of 36 stores for a national retail tenant throughout Mississippi and Tennessee.

  • Represented borrower in connection with a $13.75 million golf course refinance.

  • Represented seller in connection with an $11.5 million sale of student housing complex.

  • Represented developer in connection with an $11 million tax increment financing.

  • Represented seller in connection with a $10.5 million sale of a student housing complex and assisted with a related $5.6 million loan defeasance.
  • Represented developer/landlord in connection with acquisition, development and leasing of a $9 million shopping center.

  • Represented developer in connection with acquisition and development of a $6.55 million student housing project.

  • Represented purchaser in connection with a $6.35 million manufacturing facility purchase.
