Jordana Oppenheim concentrates her practice in intellectual property law as well as litigation matters, including but not limited to, business, real estate, financial services, insurance, and other litigation. She is experienced in assisting business clients with a diverse set of complex litigation matters and guides her clients through intellectual property agreements, due diligence, and licensing matters.
While in law school, Ms. Oppenheim served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Walt Davis in the Georgia State-wide Business Court. She was a contributing member of the Georgia Law Review and participated in the Family Justice Clinic, the Veterans Legal Clinic, and a corporate counsel externship with the American Cancer Society. Before law school, Ms. Oppenheim received her bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and worked as a commercial real estate financial analyst and relationship manager for Wells Fargo for two years in its seniors' housing division.
