Joshua's practice focuses on high-stake disputes, with an emphasis on antitrust and competition law and government enforcement actions.

Joshua represents companies and institutions as they navigate high-exposure matters, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, and matters involving complex e-discovery issues. He also represents clients in relation to government investigations and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on waste, fraud, and abuse issues. Through these experiences, Joshua has handled all facets of litigation, including overseeing factual investigation and development, managing e-discovery efforts, briefing motions and other pleadings, and preparing witness testimony.
