Ms. Ost is a litigation attorney in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office who focuses on defending customer claims for breach of warranty in California, representing original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive industry. She leads a team of dedicated attorneys through every stage of defending breach of warranty claims, from preparing and reviewing discovery-related correspondence and motions, discovery responses, pleadings, and dispositive motions, to team training and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Ost practiced law at an international law firm in the commercial litigation group and served as a special assistant district attorney at the Cobb County District Attorney's Office.
