The current workforce consists of at least four generations: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Millennials. Each generation presents unique assets, views and challenges. This webinar discusses the different traits and characteristics of each generation and strategies on how to effectively communicate with, train and leverage the diverse views and working potential of each generation. We also address tips on how to reduce the potentially negative impact of generational biases in our employment decision-making and to avoid age discrimination and harassment claims.
