Join Baker Donelson in partnership with the Memphis Bar Association and the Ben F. Jones Chapter of the National Bar Association for a CLE program. The panelists will discuss two affirmative action cases currently before the United States Supreme Court (Students for Fair Admissions v. UNC and Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard).
They will also discuss the potential impact of these two decisions on law school admissions and enrollment with respect to diverse students.
