Baker Donelson's Sara M. Turner has been appointed to a one-year term as chair of the DRI Retail and Hospitality Committee.
Ms. Turner serves as co-chair of Baker Donelson's Hospitality Industry Service Team. Her trial experience includes product liability, drug and medical device, hospitality, timeshare, complex commercial litigation, class action and franchise claims. She previously served two terms as co-chair of the DRI Retail and Hospitality Committee and also served as chair of the Technology Committee. Ms. Turner has been recognized in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2011 and was named among the publication's top 50 female attorneys in the Mid-South in 2018. She was also named a "Top Flight Attorney" by B-Metro Magazine in 2018 and was recognized as a "Client Service All Star" by BTI Consulting Group in 2017.
