Celebrate World Trade over Lunch with Tennessee's Leaders in International Trade
Tennessee World Trade Week is a celebration of world trade and its positive impact on economic development in the State of Tennessee. Every year the President of the United States declares the third full week in May as World Trade Week.
The Tennessee District Export Council, West Tennessee District Export Council, U.S. Commercial Service, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce invite you to join them for a celebration luncheon on Wednesday, may 23, 2018, featuring key note remarks by Jack Soden, the Chief Executive Officer of Elvis Presley Enterprises. Mr. Soden will speak about the development of a business plan for Graceland that has grown into a tourist destination employing more than 400 people and bringing an estimated $200 million of revenue into the local economy from Graceland's 600,000 annual visitors. In 2017 the Governor of Tennessee addressed the audience and he has been invited to return this year.
