Ms. Gaddy assists clients in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections and repossessions, and loan workouts.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Gaddy was a career judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Austin E. Carter of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia, where she researched complex issues in bankruptcy cases and drafted judicial orders and opinions. Ms. Gaddy also serves as an adjunct professor at Mercer University School of Law, where she teaches a course on legal writing.
During law school, she served as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Georgia.
