There have been some dramatic changes in the last year or so that have upended the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) – most notably, the U.S. Supreme Court's decisions in Facebook v. Duguid and Barr v. AAPC. This webinar will examine the recent case law and events that are shaping the TCPA, and will also examine litigation related to the federal Do Not Call registry. We will also discuss state-level "mini" TCPA statutes that have come into effect. Finally, we will discuss the future of TCPA litigation and compliance, and how companies of all kinds can minimize exposure under the statute.
Also available on-demand for all registrants.
