Join Baker Donelson attorneys Jan Hayden and Lacey Rochester for the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) seminar "The Bankruptcy Code Is 40 Years Old and We Are Still Learning!" on Friday, April 5 at the Louisiana Bar Center.
Ms. Hayden currently serves as co-chair of the LSBA's CLE Committee and is also a seminar co-chair, and Ms. Rochester will be a featured panelist for "From Petition Date to Effective Date…Getting a Chapter 11 Plan Filed, Confirmed and Consummated" on Friday afternoon.
