Baker Donelson's Tonya Mitchem Grindon has been named by Global M&A Network as a "Top USA Women Dealmaker." The award recognizes the achievements of women dealmakers in the private equity, lending, restructuring, M&A financial advisory and legal transactional communities in the U.S.
Ms. Grindon, who was one of only 22 women across the country to earn this recognition, received the award at a recognition ceremony hosted by the Global M&A Network in Washington, D.C., on July 11.
"These award recipients reflect the very best from the transactional communities – from private equity, lending, restructuring, financial advisory and law. These brilliant and highly accomplished women have earned the respect and admiration of their colleagues, clients as well as peers from the industry," said Shanta Kumari, CEO and global group editor at Global M&A Network, LLC.
