Robert Divine, the leader of Baker Donelson's Immigration Group, is recognized among the "Top Attorneys in Specialized Fields" which is comprised of attorneys in specialized practices focused on EB-5 policy and lobbying matters, complex cases and immigration compliance. Mr. Divine has extensive experience serving clients throughout the world in the arrangement of all types of business-based temporary and permanent immigration status. He represents EB-5 developers, regional centers, and individual foreign investors, balancing immigration and securities considerations, and litigating when necessary. This is Mr. Divine's sixth consecutive year included in EB-5 Investors Magazine's "Top Attorneys" lists, previously recognized among the "Top 25 Immigration Attorneys" and "Top EB-5 Attorneys."
Jackie Prester, chair of the Firm's Financial Services Transactions Group, is recognized among EB-5 Investors Magazine's "Top 15 Corporate Attorneys." Ms. Prester serves as securities counsel for public companies and routinely advises companies raising capital through private placements of securities, as well as offerings registered with the SEC.
