Walker Helms focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. He has experience resolving state administrative matters, investigating employee and collections claims, facilitating corporate transactions, and negotiating and preparing contracts.
Walker previously served as an attorney with a senior living facilities network, ALG Senior LLC, where he gained valuable experience in commercial litigation and corporate matters. Walker also completed legal internships with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro's Office of General Counsel and the Office of Soldiers' Counsel at the U.S. Army Medical Command, providing support on a range of legal issues.
