We also will discuss the DOL's revised Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) regulations that are effective on September 16, 2020. The revised FFCRA is in response to the S.D.N.Y. decision that vacated certain provisions of the regulation and dramatically narrowed the definition of "health care provider" for purposes of FFCRA benefit eligibility.
