Leave Management Workshop: Tackling FMLA and ADA Challenges

Webinar

It has been a long, hot summer with an incredible amount of change afoot for employers, such as the U.S. DOL's Final Overtime Rule, the FTC's ban on non-competition restrictions (still in litigation), and much more.

During the August 15, 2024 Chat, we are back to basics with a Leave Management Workshop during which we will review recent EEOC disability settlements and trends, recent FMLA and ADA court decisions that provide lessons for employers, and the basics of FMLA and ADA leave management including often missed opportunities for employers to curb abuse.
