- The EEOC's new Strategic Plan and its Strategic Enforcement Plan;
- Litigation the EEOC filed against employers as it closed its 2022-23 fiscal year and what employers might learn from those lawsuits; and
- The EEOC's recently released enforcement guidance on workplace harassment.
