Over the last two years and particularly in the last couple of months, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has made massive changes to the rules governing union and nonunion employers alike. The result is that the coverage of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) is now much broader, and the NLRB has paved the way for unions to more easily organize your workforce. This coincides with historically high levels of union organizing activity and favorable polling regarding labor unions. We will discuss these developments and what you need to do as a result.
