Clint Pentecost is of counsel in Baker Donelson's Jackson office where he represents clients in matters involving complex litigation, appeals, nonprofit law, and intellectual property. He has extensive experience in litigation matters concerning contractual and insurance disputes, child welfare law, lender liability claims, and intellectual property disputes. In addition, Clint assists clients with policy and regulation development as well as legislative drafting.
Clint served as counsel to the Mississippi Supreme Court for more than seven years. During that time, he advised the Court in adopting, amending and enacting legislative actions and procedures related to electronic filing, including ensuring compliance with relevant rules, conducting analysis of user processes and developing requirements for the design of the system and training of attorneys, clerks and chambers on the system.
