Will Stevens assists clients in a variety of litigation and restructuring and insolvency matters, including commercial and business litigation, default resolutions, collections and repossessions, and loan workouts.

Professional Biography


Mr. Stevens is an associate in Baker Donelson's Memphis office and a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group.

While in law school, Mr. Stevens served as Editor-in-Chief of The University of Memphis Law Review and externed for the Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Prior to law school, Mr. Stevens was a high school History and English teacher in Shelby County, Tennessee.
