Professional Biography


Patrick assists clients through all stages of commercial real estate transactions and has experience across a wide variety of matters including the review and negotiation of commercial real estate leases for landlords and tenants, the purchase and sale of commercial property, negotiation of electric vehicle charging stations, the leasing of ground and building space for the development of wireless telecommunication infrastructure, and the negotiation and obtaining of easements and other ancillary agreements.

Clients in the wireless telecommunications industry have come to rely on Patrick to represent and advise them in diverse situations related to the leasing and acquisition of real estate for a variety of needs.

Patrick has taken a leading role in more than 500 matters for a national wireless telecommunications provider in the leasing of space with commercial and non-commercial property owners alike. Associated with the leasing of such space, he regularly assists in the obtaining of easements for access and the installation of utilities and fiber.
