Aaron represents clients involved in complex commercial disputes. He advises on case strategy and brings creative problem-solving skills that help achieve his clients' objectives, whether that includes settlement or taking a case through trial.
Aaron focuses on disputes involving telecommunication issues and breach of contract litigation with an emphasis on noncompete and partnership agreements. Regarding telecommunication issues, Aaron has sought relief in federal courts in several states against localities for denying wireless carriers' and their affiliates' applications to install or collocate telecommunication equipment.
Aaron also has years of handling a variety of other types of complex commercial cases, including those involving business torts, employment matters, professional liability claims, real estate-related litigation, banking litigation, and others.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Aaron obtained significant trial experience assisting with numerous trials and litigation involving complex commercial disputes from inception to conclusion. He also served as a judicial extern for Special Masters Gary J. Golkiewicz and George L. Hastings of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters in Washington, D.C.
