Office Information

Baker Donelson opened its office in Orlando – its first office in Florida – in 2011 when it merged with Litchford & Christopher Professional Association.

Our lawyers in Orlando are known for their depth of experience and career-defining focus on client service, as seen in their decades-long relationships with clients. More than a couple of our Orlando lawyers have served the same clients for more than 30 years.

The office is known for its strengths in real estate law, including acquisition, development, finance and disposition of commercial real estate; bankruptcy and restructuring, representing creditors in significant bankruptcy matters; and complex litigation, with a heavy docket in state and federal courts in central Florida.

Our team in Orlando – true to the Firm's commitment to giving back to the communities in which we live and work – has a significant commitment to pro bono legal service. Lawyers in the Orlando office have undertaken cases defending the rights of children and a multi-year project representing vulnerable retirees in a mobile home park who have been subject to an unrelenting effort by a landowner to dispossess them of their homes.
