Baker Donelson has added Melissa A. Campbell to the Firm's Orlando office as a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group.
"Melissa's experience in corporate and bankruptcy law is extensive, having worked with numerous financial institutions as part of her practice, as well as working in-house at a financial service company," said Zachary J. Ms. Campbell, who joins the Firm as of counsel, represents corporate clients and individuals in a wide variety of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters and has managed hundreds of consumer and commercial special assets cases throughout the Southeast, California, New Jersey and New York. She has extensive appellate experience and is licensed in Washington, D.C. and Maryland.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Campbell served as a senior corporate counsel and senior vice president for a leading financial services company's in-house legal department, where she counseled executive leadership, supervised outside counsel across the company's footprint, negotiated loan workouts and actively litigated matters on behalf of the company.
