Drew Felts focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders in all facets of complex commercial real estate deals and financing throughout the country. He has substantial experience working with renewable energy developers, negotiating and drafting site control agreements, and handling due diligence for utility-scale solar energy projects nationwide.

Drew frequently speaks at conferences on topics including renewable energy landowner relations, debt and tax equity party relations, and implementing strategic solutions for complex closings. Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia, Drew regularly serves as local counsel on commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions.
