Professional Biography


Ms. Angell focuses exclusively on labor and employment law across various industries including manufacturing, health care, and media. She represents employers in legal issues involving allegations of discrimination and charges of sexual harassment, as well as non-compete agreements. She defends businesses in all aspects of labor and employment litigation and labor arbitrations, including Title VII, ADA, wage and hour, OSHA, and NLRB issues. Ms. Angell also represents clients in witness interviews conducted by EEOC and local investigators, as well as traditional labor matters and arbitrations.

As part of her legal practice, Ms. Angell conducts supervisor and management trainings regarding workers' compensation, misconduct investigations, and union avoidance.

  • Served as the primary investigator and client contact in defense against Charges of Discrimination filed before the EEOC, as well as various state and local human rights commissions.
