Audrone V. Durham

Audra assists clients with purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases, and financing arrangements for office, retail, industrial, and multi-use developments. She has helped clients secure rezonings, variances, and special use permits, managed title and survey matters, and negotiated leases. Audra's training as an urban planner allows her to take a comprehensive look at clients' projects, helping to spot and prevent potential issues early on.

While in law school, Audra clerked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She also gained experience as a legal extern at the City of Atlanta and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alford Dempsey with the Superior Court of Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia.

• Represented a national developer in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of numerous retail outparcels and restaurant sites across the Southeast and Texas, including ground leases, purchase agreements, development agreements, due diligence, title review, and portfolio sale transactions.

• Assisted a national furniture retailer with portfolio acquisitions, leasehold acquisitions, lease negotiations, and commercial real estate transactions involving retail locations in multiple states.

• Represented a health care provider in multiple medical office leasing, acquisition, sublease, and facility expansion matters across Georgia.

• Assisted a mixed-use developer with acquisition documentation, easement agreements, infrastructure agreements, cost-sharing arrangements, and the phased development and disposition of a large mixed-use project.

• Assisted a commercial property owner in the acquisition and development of renewable energy facilities, including solar development projects, site acquisition matters, financing support, and real estate documentation.
