Audra Durham is an associate in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office and is a member of the Real Estate/Finance Group.

Professional Biography


Audra concentrates her practice in commercial real estate acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition transactions.

Audra assists clients in various commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases, and financing arrangements for office, retail, industrial, and multi-use developments. She has helped clients secure rezonings, variances, and special use permits, managed title and survey matters, and she has prepared easements, declarations, and other agreements. Audra's training as an urban planner allows her to take a comprehensive look at clients' projects, helping to spot and prevent potential issues early on.

While in law school, Audra clerked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She also gained experience as a legal extern at the City of Atlanta and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alford Dempsey with the Superior Court of Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia.

She speaks Lithuanian and Russian.
