Mr. Biller represents clients in many aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination and harassment claims, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations. He enjoys working with his clients to develop a personalized legal strategy designed to address their specific needs and desired outcomes.

Mr. Biller is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Tennessee. In addition to serving multiple pro bono clients, he volunteers at and coordinates the HELP clinic, a free monthly legal clinic, at Room in the Inn.

Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Biller studied finance and marketing at the University of Tennessee and served as the head swim coach for a local summer league team. During law school, Mr. Biller interned at a federal electric utility corporation in its customer contracts division, where he gained valuable experience drafting, researching, and investigating.
