Dolapo Olushola-Uwaifo is an attorney in the Nashville office who serves as Director of Legal Process Engineering for the Firm's litigation attorneys and clients.

Professional Biography


Dolapo collaborates with Baker Donelson's litigation attorneys and clients in the application of legal project management, process improvement, and innovative methodologies and best practices to implement client-facing solutions that promote more cost-effective legal services. Her work focuses on providing reliable matter budgets and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), legal project management plans, matter spend data and analytics, reporting processes and tools, and internal and external matter management portals. She also facilitates the use of the Firm's BakerManage® platform to plan, execute, monitor, and control legal projects to ensure efficiency.

Dolapo is PMP® certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has a Lean Six Sigma certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC). Based on her wide array of experience, Dolapo also provides consulting on budgeting, project management, and process improvement best practices for in-house legal departments and legal operations professionals. She has a keen curiosity about legal technology development and application and extensive experience in designing and delivering customized, cutting-edge client solutions and legal technologies.
